At Lepi Kristali, every order is prepared with great care and intention to ensure your crystal arrives safely and beautifully.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number once your label has been created.
Processing times may extend slightly during holidays, high-volume periods, or special sales.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground with full tracking to ensure reliable delivery.
We do not currently offer USPS or FedEx services.

⚖️ Shipping Rates

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on package size, total weight, and destination.
These rates are generated directly through the courier and cannot be manually adjusted.

0–1 lb $8.99 UPS Ground – Small Parcel
1.01–3 lb $11.99 UPS Ground – Medium Parcel
3.01–5 lb $15.99 UPS Ground – Large Parcel
5.01–10 lb $19.99 UPS Ground – Heavy Parcel
10.01–20 lb $25.99 UPS Ground – XL Parcel

All shipments include tracking and $100 insurance coverage through UPS.
Additional insurance may be purchased upon request before shipping.

🌍 International Shipping (Europe & Worldwide)

Lepi Kristali proudly ships worldwide via DHL Express International, offering fast and reliable delivery with full tracking and optional prepaid duties where available. Average delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. A small 15% handling fee is included to help cover protective packaging, customs preparation, and fragile-item care.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or VAT charged by their country.
  • Certain regions may require additional customs documentation or experience slight delivery delays.
  • All orders include tracking and $100 insurance coverage through DHL.
  • At this time, Lepi Kristali does not ship to the United Arab Emirates or Israel.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes internationally (U.S. P.O. Boxes are accepted).

💰 Taxes & Duties

Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout for customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import VAT charged by their country upon delivery.
Where available, DHL Express offers prepaid duties (DDP) so your order arrives without additional fees at your door.

📬 Signature Upon Delivery

Some packages may require a signature upon arrival.
If you are not home on delivery day, UPS may leave a notice or email notification to collect your package from a nearby access point or facility. 

If you fail to collect your package, and it is returned to us after the carrier’s mandatory hold period, you will not receive a refund of any kind.
In the instance that the package is returned, we will reach out to you to arrange redelivery at your expense.

We carefully package every crystal to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully to your door. Because crystals are natural and often delicate, we ship all orders with premium protective materials designed for strength and stability. Each package is securely cushioned, sealed, and inspected with care to make your unboxing experience as beautiful as your crystals.

💔 Damaged Orders

We do our best to ensure that your crystals arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, you may be eligible for a replacement product, store credit, or partial refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and all packaging materials so we can assist you promptly.

📦 Combining Orders

When multiple orders are combined and shipped under one tracking number, no shipping refunds will be issued on the individual orders.
To optimize your shipping costs, please place one complete order instead of multiple smaller ones.

📮 Delivery Issues

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by UPS, Lepi Kristali is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
If your package appears lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, please contact UPS directly using your tracking number for assistance.
